SENIOR ARCHITECT – TEAM LEADER

THE LAKHANI GROUP is looking to strengthen its team by recruiting a Senior Architect (m/f).

Responsibilities:
– Architectural Design:
– Lead the development and execution of architectural designs, ensuring alignment with client expectations and local building codes.
Project Management:
– Manage projects from concept to completion, overseeing schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
Regulatory Compliance:
– Utilize in-depth knowledge of local building codes to ensure project compliance.
– Liaise with City Hall and authorities for necessary project approvals.
Client Interaction:
– Act as a key client contact, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout projects.
Team Collaboration:
– Collaborate with internal teams, providing guidance and mentorship to foster a cohesive work environment.

Requisites:
– Bachelor’s/Master’s in Architecture.
– 15+ years of architectural design and project management experience.
– Professional Architectural License required.
– Must speak fluently Portuguese and English
– Ability to sign off for municipal licensing
– Proven track record of successful project delivery.
– Lead and coordinate a team of architects

Skills:
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management software.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of local building codes and regulatory processes.
